October 7, 2006 - Kiwanis Club's Chili Cook-Off - 12:00 Noon at Honey Horn, Highway 278 and the Cross Island Pkwy at Gumtree Road, Hilton Head Island, SC. Chili is prepared by local restaurants and amateurs. Everyone is invited to taste each chef’s chili and vote for his or her favorite. Other events planned include the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Indent-a-kid trailer, a magician, and book signings by local authors. For more information, call (843) 689-6646.
