Hampton Hall at 1,000-plus acres is the largest residential property, so far, under development in Buckwalter. The private, gated community features an 18-hole golf course designed by Pete Dye and a separate golf clubhouse. Within the community, 17 acres feature a community clubhouse situated on a lake, a health, and fitness center for aerobics, massage, weightlifting, and indoor pool, function rooms for various clubs and activities, and a café.
